Live Remote Assistance is a premium service that is offered with some of our software applications. The service provides unlimited application updates, along with a 24/7/365 live agent and priority email support consulting service. The personal service ensures the user of a protected, top-performing computer system for only $9.95 per month.
In addition, if virus or spyware-related computer problems occur, the Live Agent will remotely diagnose the computer to see if they can fix the problem. We can’t promise to fix every problem but we promise to try. The service includes 30 GB of Internet storage, an Internet hard drive for storing photos, data and music and also serves as a backup.
